Stop Chasing Tools: How Better Communication is Better AI Use
AI isn’t failing you—your inputs are. Most teams are trying to train their people in how to write the best prompt and hoping the next tool will magically “get it,” but the real limiter is human communication:
• vague goals,
• missing context,
• unclear constraints,
• and no shared definition of “good.”
In this talk, Felix Diaz will share his approach to AI through the same lens he uses to approach public speaking and when talking to his teams. The same skills that make great speakers and strong leaders: audience awareness, structure, specificity, and feedback loops translate into best prompt patterns and the new way to think about AI: context engineering.
Join us on February 12th to add your perspective and experience to the discussion! Attendees will learn about:
- A simple framework to get consistently better AI outputs by tightening your intent, context, constraints, and success criteria.
- A “definition of done” method that makes AI answers more usable and dramatically reduces back-and-forth.
- A set of reusable tactics and frameworks that will make people listen when you speak, help people understand what you are saying, and push any message further than you thought it could go. Human ear or AI prompt window!
